By using TicketHub you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this URL.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are personal — you may not transfer them.
A ticket is a revocable license to attend a specific event. Once a purchase is confirmed and the ticket is issued, sales are final unless the merchant or organizer has chosen to allow refunds, exchanges, or transfers for that event.
If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the face value, less any third‑party processing fees that cannot be recovered. For rescheduled events, your ticket remains valid for the new date unless the organizer announces otherwise.
Merchants are responsible for the events they list — including line‑ups, venues, accessibility, and any on‑the‑night experience. TicketHub provides the storefront, payments, and ticketing infrastructure that powers the sale.
Affiliates may earn commission on tickets sold via their promotional links. Commission rates, eligibility, and payout schedules are governed by the Affiliate Program rules linked from your dashboard.
You must not scrape, resell at unauthorized prices, attempt to bypass queues, or use the platform to deceive other fans. Bots, scripted purchases, and account farming are grounds for immediate suspension and order cancellation.
TicketHub is not liable for events you attend — only for delivering working tickets and processing your payment correctly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the face value of the affected ticket(s).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila unless a binding alternative is agreed in writing.
