What does it cost to get started?
Nothing to sign up, and nothing to build your event page. You pay a 5% platform fee only on paid tickets that actually sell — free events are free, always. Card and e-wallet processing is passed through at your provider’s real rate with no markup.
How long does approval take?
Most merchants are verified within one business day. You can build your event page while you wait; it just can’t go on sale until you’re approved. Start your application in about four minutes.
When and how do I get paid?
Sales and reseller commissions post to an append-only wallet ledger in real time, with a running balance after every transaction. Withdraw to GCash, Maya, or a bank account on a clear, predictable schedule — no 90-day holds.
Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Buyers check out in the browser and get a QR ticket by email and in their account. At the door, your team scans that QR with the built-in scanner — guests just show their phone.
What hardware do I need to scan at the door?
Just a phone. The scanner runs in the TicketHub app, validates each HMAC-signed QR against the live database, marks it used on first scan, and blocks re-entry. It keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi doesn’t.
How do resellers and commissions work?
Approve creators and promoters to sell on your behalf. Each gets a trackable link, and you set the commission per ticket tier (or a custom rate for a specific reseller). They only earn on paid conversions. Creators can also find you through the affiliate marketplace.
Can I run multi-day festivals or seated venues?
Yes. Build unlimited ticket tiers with per-tier capacity, seat maps for reserved seating, and multi-day line-ups. Assign staff their own door-scanning logins so a team can work several gates at once.
What about refunds, transfers, and receipts?
Tickets can be transferred between customers with an accept-based hand-off, and every order generates an itemized invoice you and your buyers can download. You control refunds per event from your dashboard.
