Last updated 27 April 2026. The cookies we set, what they do, and how to opt out.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let the site remember things about you between page loads — like that you're logged in, or which currency to show prices in.
TicketHub uses cookies for three things: keeping your session alive, attributing affiliate referrals, and measuring aggregate usage. We do not use cookies for advertising or to track you across other sites.
You can disable analytics cookies from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit, or any time from the Privacy section of your Account page. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled — without them, sign-in and checkout will not work.
Our payment processors (PayMongo, GCash) may set their own cookies during checkout. Their cookie practices are governed by their own policies, linked from the checkout page.
