Do I need a big audience to get approved?+
No. We approve creators across every size of audience as long as you publish to a real, engaged community. A 3,000-person newsletter often outperforms a 300k account that does not match the event.
How are commissions calculated?+
Each event lists a commission rate (a percentage of net ticket revenue, before payment-processor fees). When a buyer checks out via your link within the attribution window, you earn that percentage on the ticket subtotal.
How long is the attribution window?+
Server-side cookies attribute clicks for 30 days. If a fan clicks your link today and buys within 30 days, you still earn — even if they came back via a different channel.
Can I promote across multiple platforms?+
Yes. One link, every channel. We track clicks at the link level so you can see which platforms convert best in your dashboard.
What happens if a buyer refunds?+
Refunded orders are reversed against your wallet. Funds clear after the event date plus a 7-day hold to keep the math clean for everyone.
