Privacy Policy

Last updated 27 April 2026. How we handle the data you trust us with.

What we collect

Account info (name, email, phone), payment metadata (last‑four and processor token — never the full card), order history, attendance/scan records, and standard device/usage data such as IP address and browser.

Why we collect it

To issue tickets, prevent fraud, settle payouts to merchants and affiliates, send transactional emails about your orders, and improve the product. We use aggregated, de‑identified data for analytics.

Who we share with

Merchants whose events you buy from (so they can run check‑in and customer support). Payment processors (PayMongo, GCash). Cloud infrastructure (AWS). Law enforcement only where compelled by valid legal process.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not pass your contact details to third parties for marketing. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or close your account at any time from your Account page. Where data is required to deliver tickets you have already bought, we keep it for tax and audit periods set by law.

Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies to keep you signed in and to attribute affiliate links. Details and opt‑outs live in our Cookie Policy.

Children

TicketHub is not intended for users under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact privacy@tickethub.example and we will remove the account.

Changes

We will post material changes to this policy here at least 14 days before they take effect, and notify account holders by email when the change affects how we use their data.
